The European Parliament Liaison Office in the UK continues offers a variety of learning opportunities for young people, ranging from interactive EU sessions hosted at Europe House in London (or on demand in your school), to educational resources, and participation in the renowned Ambassador School (EPAS) programm

 
European Parliament Ambassador School Programme is an EU-wide programme which will be rolled out for the first time in the UK over the next few months. This programme is aimed at secondary and vocational schools in the UK and involves quite a high level of commitment across the school. The European Parliament Ambassador School Programme is a network of schools across the EU raising awareness of European parliamentary democracy and European citizenship values.

"The Bureau of the EU-United Kingdom Parliamentary Partnership Assembly welcomes the Windsor Framework. It is a significant development, which is a product of the close cooperation for which the PPA had called, and we trust it will address the problems created by the implementation of the original Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland. We look forward to it being put fully into operation.

MEPs are due to finalise measures to speed the green transition and ensure the EU becomes carbon-neutral by 2050. Europe’s climate goals will be high on Parliament’s agenda in the first half of 2023, with members set to sign off on a ban on polluting vehicles and a tougher emissions trading system. New rules to boost green fuels and increase energy efficiency will be put to the vote. Parliament is also set to decide on a common framework for AI technology alongside measures to ensure the digital sector is fairer and safer for all.
