Срещи с националните парламенти
The Subcommittee priorities are to promote and move towards a more simple, fair and sustainable EU tax policy.
FISC Members seek to create a network with National Parliaments. This will help create common ground for tax discussions and help National Parliaments better understand the legislative procedures that lie behind EU Tax provisions. FISC is also convinced that closer cooperation with National Parliaments will help the European Parliament better understand national positions in European debates.
On 14 November 2022, from 16:00 to 17:30, the FISC Subcommittee will host an exchange of views with Members of the Budget Committee of the Czech national parliament on tax policies in the Commission’s work programme for the years 2022 and 2023 and the priorities of the Czech Presidency.
Due to the interpreters' strike taking the form of the non-interpretation of remote speakers, the exchange of views with Members of the Budget Committee of the Czech Parliament’s Chamber of Deputies scheduled for 5 September is cancelled and postponed to a later date.
On 27 October 2021, FISC Members had an exchange of views with Members of the Finance Committee of the Slovenian parliament. They will discuss the implementation of the recent agreement of the OECD/G20 Inclusive Framework on a global tax reform as well as the possible introduction of an EU digital levy.
On 16 June 2021, FISC Members will have an exchange of views on the reform of the international tax system and the EU’s digital levy with Members of the Finance Committee of the French national parliament
On 13 April 2021, FISC Members had an exchange views on taxation in a digitalised economy and green taxation with the German Committee on Finance.
On 17 March 2021, FISC Members had an exchange views on taxation in a digitalised economy and the fight against tax evasion and aggressive tax planning with the Portuguese Committee on Budget and Finance.
