IMCO delegation to Israel

A delegation of four Members will be in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem from 19 to 23 June 2023. The delegation will focus on the digital sector, in particular the success of the regulatory environment in boosting and supporting high profile tech hubs, while also focusing on consumer protection.
Members will meet government and parliament representatives as well as stakeholders representing both business and consumers to discuss how Israel approaches digitalisation and consumer protection.
The delegation will be led by Ms Rosa Thun und Hohenstein (Renew). The other Members are Mr Antonius Manders (EPP), Mr Marc Angel (S&D), and Ms Beata Mazurek (ECR).
