Debate with the Bundestag's Budget committee’s subcommittee on European Affairs – 8.6

The Committee on Budgets received Members of the European affairs subcommittee of the Budget committee of the German Bundestag to discuss current budgetary issues, such as the upcoming revision of the EU's long term budget (MFF), new own resources for the EU budget, support to Ukraine, etc.
All of these are policy areas which are marked by a strong interconnection and complementarity between the national and the EU dimensions. This exchange of views between committees was an innovative format and the informal nature of the setting allowed for a productive, frank and lively conversation.
