SANT: Hearing on 'Mental health of youth'

On the 29th of June SANT will hold a hearing on ‘Mental health of youth’. Mental health is one of the most important public health issues in the Union and one that in particular has an impact on youth. Protecting adolescents from adversity, promoting socio-emotional learning and psychological well-being, and ensuring access to mental health care are critical for their health and well-being during adolescence and adulthood.
